Underwhelming Stay with a Few Issues
dusty surfaces basic station
My stay had some noticeable downsides. The lack of cleanliness was apparent. I saw dust on surfaces. The room's tea and coffee station was very basic with limited supplies. I found only one coffee sachet on arrival. The duvet was too heavy and warm (a lighter option would be appreciated).

excessive noise late night
the BREAKFAST provided a suitable start to the day.
I experienced several disappointments . The noise INSIDE the hotel was excessive. Children ran and shouted in the corridors LATE at night, disrupting the peace.

Excellent Family Hotel
swimming pool great location
I appreciated the pool for my children. The location was convenient to the Gleneagle. It was only a short walk. Breakfast offered a hot selection in addition to a continental selection.
I had an issue with the bar service. I waited a long time for dessert. The staff seemed to forget my order because of where I sat.

recent makeover perfect location kind staff
Our double room felt recently updated. It was close to the pool so perfect with children. The location really helped for a relaxing stay and the staff was always kind.
The coffee in our room was all decaf, a small disappointment.

Staff provided great assistance with directions. The receptionist was friendly and addressed any questions i had. Requests for extra pillows or towels were handled swiftly, which i appreciate.
